Winemaking: Traditional winemaking. Aged 15 months in Bulgarian oak barrels.
Tasting notes: Beautiful, cherry color with brown nuances. The complex nose reminds of roasted red fruits, sour cherries, spicy herbs, pepper and leather passes into flavor showing one balanced medium body with notable tannins and good structure. Elegant, smoky aftertaste.
Food pairings: pasta, cheese, lenten dishes, game (boar, grouse), pork with cream sauces, lamb with tomato sauce
