Winemaking: Aged 7 months in Bulgarian oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Nice, fresh wine, spilling waves with a core of ripe cherries and plums, covered with chocolate and cinnamon-vanilla foam. The light and tight body surprises with its freshness, spicy pepper flavor, delicate tannins, subtle graphite minerality, and floral feeling at the aftertaste.

Food pairings: paste with tomato sauce, ravioli, chicken with herb crust, salmon, pork, game, cheese
